It is very important to us that You are delighted with all our Products/Garment(s). If for some reason You are not completely satisfied with any Product You Order from Us, You can simply return it to Us within 14 days from receipt provided it is unused and in a re-saleable condition and You can supply the delivery note as your proof of purchase. This Guarantee is does not affect your statutory rights.

Products ordered via the Website can only be delivered within the United Kingdom, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Isle of Man.

Royalty Class* (Express) packaging and delivery costs £4.99 no matter how many items You buy. ALL deliveries will be made between 7am and 7pm Monday-Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays)
*We aim to have your goods delivered to you within 1-2 working days.
Please note some Orders may reach You sooner than stated.
Order by 1pm Monday-Friday and You should receive your delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.
Order after 1pm Monday-Friday and You should receive your order and within 2 working days.
If you Order anytime between 1pm Friday up to 12pm Saturday, You should receive your delivery on Monday.
If you Order after 12pm Sunday, You should receive your delivery by Tuesday.

Council Class* (standard) packaging and delivery costs £2.99 no matter how many items You buy and if You spend over £55 standard packaging and delivery within the UK is FREE.

Lost Parcels
We will begin Our missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within 10 days of dispatch and You notify Us in writing. We will investigate your claim and if We are satisfied that the non arrival of the Product/Garment(s) was attributed to Us then a refund will be credited to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order. Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that We consider insecure. In this event You will be contacted by our service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future parcels.
Returning Products/Garment(s)
Every delivery comes with a dispatch/delivery note listing the contents, You will need this document to make a return. If You are returning the Products/Garment(s), You will need to contact Us first. Please remember to enclose the dispatch/delivery note in the parcel You are returning. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, We do not refund postage and packaging costs.
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER- If You are retuning Product/Garment(s) paid for by your credit or debit card, We will make a credit adjustment directly to your card account. Please, Please remember if You cannot produce a Certificate of posting from the Post Office then We will not be able to credit your account if a parcel goes missing. We would recommend a recorded delivery service.
