If You are a V.I.P or If You are in a rush for your Council Royalty garments then choose ROYALTY CLASS:
ROYALTY CLASS* (Express) Your Council Royalty garment(s) will be sent in our pizza style box packaging and delivery costs £4.99 no matter how many items You buy.
*We aim to have your goods delivered to You in 1-2 working days.
How long will it take?
We aim to have your Council Royalty package containing your Council Royalty garment(s) within 3-4 working days (including Saturday), Council Class (Standard). Alternatively if You choose Royalty Class (Express) we aim to have your Council Royalty pizza style box containing your Council Royalty garment(s) within 1-2 working days (including Saturday).
Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take longer.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK Orders in the timescales shown above. However, sometimes during peak trading times or sale periods, deliveries may take longer.
Which Courier do we use?
We are currently using the Royal Mail Recorded service.
What time will my garments arrive?
Anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays).
Can I send to a Different Address?
YES, by all means if would like your goods delivered to a work address, home address or to somewhere else, just make sure you change your delivery address at the checkout stage.
Will I need to sign for my goods?
YES, someone will need to sign before the goods are handed over. This is to ensure your goods are delivered to You.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you're not available our courier may try a neighbour and post a card at your address to let you know. If this is not possible our courier will send your parcel to your local post office branch with holding facilities, You will be able to collect your parcel from there, following the instructions left on the card.
Can I track my order?
We do not have a tracking facility as of yet, but we are working on this for the future. However, you will receive a conformation email of your order being posted.
